balances on the card an d other general phone enquiries. Enquiries made via the phone service menu are charged at $1.20 per call. If you speak to a customer service operator this is an additional
cost of $4.00 per call. These service charges are paid by the card recipient and are deducted from the available card balance. There are no other fees for buying the Visa Gift card.
